How long does it take?
The process can be quite swift, it starts by understanding your current suppliers and contract terms and then establishing when you can switch suppliers and what are the best tariffs available to you for that point in time. We handle all the admin and advise you throughout the process.
Is it just about price?
Understanding your business needs and current supply arrangements is core to our work and we analyse what you need from each service and then recommend the most appropriate tariffs/bundles available to you, getting you the best price for the quality of service which meets your requirements.
What do you do after the switch?
That depends on the client, we have as much or as little involvement as needed. For all our clients we are available to escalate customer services issues at senior levels if there is difficulty in resolution via normal channels. For some clients we offer a bill validation service and ongoing support.
Can you help with the jargon?

Can you handle new sites which we have taken over?
Yes, we can handle all the admin associated with taking over a new site from getting utility supplies transferred into your name to other service such as business rates transfers.
I like the idea, how much do you charge?
For a normal switch/renegotiation we are paid by the supplier, for more involved engagements and where there is ongoing support needed we agree a fair rate for clients either time-based or fixed fee.
